Buying an Apartment in the Port area of Javea

Javea Port is a sought-after location for apartment owners. There are a range of apartments for sale in the port, from studios to luxury sea view penthouses. There are traditional apartments in blocks which by law are no taller than 4 storeys, making the port authentic, yet without the obtrusive high rise blocks that can be found in several towns on the Spanish Costas.

During the last 20 years or so, there have been several modern blocks constructed and still new ones being built. These modern apartments offer their owners, swimming pools, and some blocks also have indoor pools and gyms, making them ideal for holidays as well as full time year long living.

The port in Javea has a marina with pleasure boats, but also a small fishing fleet with the daily catch being sold from the dock.
