Traditional Townhouses

There are many types of townhouses for sale in Javea, Denia, Moraira and the inland villages. Townhouses are classed as either traditional in the centre of towns or modern in complexes with pools and gardens. The traditional terraced houses often have stone walls with wooden doors and windows. Nearly every town in the area will have townhouses for sale in the historic centre, where you will usually find amenities such as medical centres, post offices, churches, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Modern Townhouses

Modern townhouses (sometimes called bungalows, even though they may be on several levels) offer similar living to apartment blocks in communities with maintained pools and gardens. Modern townhouses for sale in Javea, Moraira and Denia will usually give the purchaser more outside space, with neighbours only to the side. Some properties may be detached yet sit within a complex that offers privacy as well as security and maintenance — making them ideal lock-up-and-leave holiday homes.
