Renting Long Term on the Costa Blanca North

All year round renting in Javea, Moraira, Denia, Benitachell and inland towns and villages are often referred to as “long term rentals”. It is not always so easy to find long terms in Javea and other coastal towns as there is a very lucrative holiday rental market for landlords achieving high weekly rents.

There is a real demand for long term rentals in Javea, Moraira and Denia and prices reflect this. Inland apartments and townhouses can offer much better value for money than the coastal towns when it comes to monthly all year round rentals.

Apartments and townhouses on the coast do become available, but a premium is paid for such properties and often they may be unfurnished.
